To me it looks like a combination of multi currency and importing bank transactions using either the statement import statement window or M-Powered Statements.

Seems the import tool is the problem !!

This would explain why so few customers have the problem. Multi currency + Import Bank Statements would be very few customers.

The MYOB specialist did ask me to keep him informed if I further identified the problem so with your permission I'll forward details of this email exchange to him.
